4" x 725' - 6 Mil Black Poly Tubing

This 4 inch by 725 foot black poly tubing is manufactured from all-virgin low-density polyethylene (LDPE) at a 6 mil thickness, producing a fully opaque film that completely blocks light and conceals contents from view. The virgin poly construction ensures consistent film quality and reliable seal integrity from the first cut to the last.

Cutting to length and heat sealing both ends with an impulse sealer creates a custom-fitted bag on demand, eliminating the need to stock multiple pre-made sizes. This on-demand approach suits high-mix operations in fulfillment centers, manufacturing floors, distribution warehouses, and retail back-stock environments where packaged item dimensions vary frequently.

Each roll delivers 725 linear feet at a 4" flat width, accommodating small to mid-sized products. At 6 mil, the film provides substantially greater puncture and tear resistance than standard 2 or 4 mil tubing, making it appropriate for heavier or sharper-edged items.
