This 10 inch wide black poly tubing is manufactured from virgin low-density polyethylene (LDPE) at a 6 mil thickness and supplied on a 725 foot roll. The opaque black film completely conceals contents and blocks light exposure, making it well suited for light-sensitive materials, confidential components, and products requiring discreet packaging.
Because tubing is cut to length on demand, operators can size each bag precisely to the product at hand and heat seal both ends with a compatible impulse sealer. This approach eliminates the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes and supports high-mix packaging lines in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, and distribution environments where product dimensions vary frequently.
The 6 mil wall thickness delivers substantial puncture and tear resistance for heavier or sharp-edged items, and the all-virgin poly construction ensures consistent film quality and seal integrity from the first cut to the last. Each roll weighs approximately 36.3 lbs and is sold individually.
