These 20 x 20 inch VCI flat poly bags are constructed from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film embedded with a volatile corrosion inhibitor. The VCI chemistry releases a vapor that forms a protective molecular layer on metal surfaces, actively preventing oxidation, rust, and corrosion without additional wraps, oils, or desiccants — parts are placed directly into the bag for immediate protection.
The transparent film enables visual identification, inventory scanning, and order picking without opening each bag, reducing handling time on the warehouse floor. These bags are well suited for ferrous and non-ferrous metal components, machined parts, fasteners, hardware, and finished industrial goods requiring protection during storage or outbound transit.
Each bag measures 20 x 20 inches with an open-end design, and the 4 mil gauge provides dependable puncture and tear resistance for industrial and manufacturing environments. Cases contain 250 bags and ship via parcel carrier.
