These 24 x 36 inch VCI flat poly bags are made from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film embedded with volatile corrosion inhibitor chemistry. The inhibitor releases vapor-phase molecules that form a protective layer directly on metal surfaces, preventing oxidation and rust without oils, desiccants, or secondary wrapping materials.
The transparent film supports visual inventory management and part identification without opening the bag, making these bags practical for warehouse pick lines, manufacturing cells, and distribution environments handling machined parts, hardware, tooling, ferrous stampings, and non-ferrous components.
