These 8 x 10 inch VCI flat poly bags are made from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film embedded with a volatile corrosion inhibitor. The VCI chemistry releases a vapor that forms a protective molecular layer on metal surfaces, actively preventing rust and corrosion without oils, desiccants, or additional wrapping steps.
Designed for manufacturing, distribution, and industrial storage environments, these bags protect ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts including hardware, machined components, stampings, and fasteners. Transparent film allows visual identification and inventory picking without opening the bag, reducing handling time on warehouse shelves and at pack stations.
Bags are constructed at 4 mil thickness for a durable barrier against moisture and dust alongside active corrosion inhibition. Each case contains 1,000 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
