These 14.5 x 19 inch poly mailers are built from 2.5 mil coextruded polyethylene with a white exterior and silver interior lining. Coextrusion bonds multiple resin layers into a single unified film, delivering puncture, tear, and moisture resistance without added bulk — a meaningful advantage over single-layer mailers of comparable gauge.
The format suits e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, direct mail, and warehouse shipping operations. Soft goods such as apparel, accessories, and textiles fit cleanly within the opening, as do folded documents, catalogs, and lightweight packaged products.
