12 x 16 x 2" Expandable Ship-Lite® Envelopes

Ship-Lite® expandable envelopes are constructed from white paper reinforced with a poly-fiber mesh screen, making them six times stronger than standard paper envelopes. The 2" gusset expansion allows the envelope to accommodate thicker or irregularly shaped contents without compromising structural integrity, while moisture-resistant construction shields shipments from humidity and light exposure during transit.

The pressure-sensitive self-seal closure requires no tape or additional sealing equipment, supporting faster pack-out in high-volume environments. These envelopes are well-suited for e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse distribution, retail returns processing, and B2B shipping operations where a lightweight yet durable mailer is needed. The white exterior accepts standard shipping labels and direct print without surface preparation.

Each case contains 100 envelopes. The poly-fiber mesh reinforcement is integrated throughout the paper substrate rather than applied as a surface layer, contributing to tear resistance under the stress of automated sortation and handling.
