Instapak Quick RT Bag #40 is an 18 x 24" expandable polyurethane foam bag engineered to activate at room temperature without any preheating unit or external dispensing equipment. Compressing the sealed bag triggers the chemical reaction inside, expanding foam that conforms precisely to the item being protected — delivering custom-fit cushioning and void fill in a single step.
This self-contained format is well suited for e-commerce fulfillment centers, manufacturing and assembly operations, medical device shipping, and any environment where dedicated foam machinery is impractical or unavailable. The portability of the bags makes them equally useful at remote pack stations or off-site locations where infrastructure is limited.
The RT formula performs reliably within a 65°–90°F ambient temperature range. Because the reaction is fully contained within the bag, there is no residue or cleanup. Each case contains 30 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
