Instapak Quick RT #60 foam bags deliver room-temperature activation without the preheating warming unit required by standard Instapak Quick systems. Measuring 18 x 24 inches, these extra-thick bags activate at 65–90°F — chemicals react inside the sealed bag, expanding to conform around the product and form a custom foam cushion with no cleanup, no equipment setup, and no maintenance.
The #60 formulation provides 25% more foam volume than the IQRT40 bag, making it the right choice for heavier, fragile, or irregularly shaped items. Typical applications include protective packaging for electronics, medical devices, automotive components, and industrial parts — anywhere a higher-density cushion is needed to absorb shock and prevent movement in transit.
The fully self-contained, portable format requires no capital equipment investment and can be deployed at any packing station or off-site location. Each case contains 30 bags.
