Instapak Quick® RT Bag #60 is an 18 x 24" expandable foam-in-bag cushioning system that activates at room temperature with no preheating equipment or warming unit required. The chemical reaction occurs entirely inside the sealed bag, so there is no residue and no cleanup — the system is fully portable and ready to use at any packing station.
The extra-thick formulation delivers 25% more foam volume than the IQRT40B, making Bag #60 the right choice for heavier, larger, or fragile items that need dense foam encapsulation. Recommended activation temperature is 65°F to 90°F. Typical applications include protective packaging for industrial components, electronics, medical devices, and high-value consumer goods in fulfillment, manufacturing, and distribution environments.
Each bag conforms around irregular product shapes, providing cushioning and void fill in a single step. Cases contain 104 bags and ship via parcel carrier.
