Instapak Quick RT foam bags are self-contained expandable cushioning bags that activate at room temperature, distinguishing them from standard Instapak Quick bags that require a preheating unit. The reactive chemistry is sealed inside each bag and triggered by kneading — no external equipment, mixing, or cleanup needed. The result is a custom-conforming foam cushion that contours directly to the product being protected.
This format is well suited to e-commerce fulfillment centers, manufacturing pack-out lines, retail distribution warehouses, and remote or temporary packing stations where installing or transporting equipment is impractical. Fragile, irregularly shaped, or high-value items benefit from the snug, void-filling protection the expanded foam provides.
Bags measure 22 x 27 inches and require an ambient operating temperature of 65°F to 90°F for reliable activation. Each case contains 72 bags, providing enough volume for sustained production runs. Ships via parcel.
