48" x 270' ecoMAX® Cellulose Wadding Slit at 12" Perf at 12"

The ecoMAX® Cellulose Wadding Master Roll is a multi-layer cellulose wrap material measuring 48 inches wide by 270 feet long, factory-slit at 12 inches with perforations every 12 inches. The perforation pattern allows pickers to tear consistent, ready-to-use sheets without cutting tools, keeping packing lines moving efficiently. This product was formerly marketed under the Versa-Pak™ brand name.

The non-abrasive surface makes this material well-suited for wrapping finished, polished, or otherwise sensitive goods. Specific applications include interleaving metal components to prevent contact damage, cushioning consumer electronics, protecting glassware and ceramics, and wrapping automotive parts in manufacturing and distribution environments. The cellulose construction absorbs oil and moisture, adding a functional layer of protection beyond physical cushioning.

Each roll weighs approximately 41.82 lbs and delivers substantial sheet yield per unit, reducing changeover frequency in high-volume packing operations. The material is reusable and recyclable, supporting waste-reduction packaging programs. Sold as a single roll; ships via parcel carrier.
