The ecoMAX® cellulose wadding master roll is a 1/2-inch thick, multi-layer cushioning material measuring 48 inches wide by 150 feet long. Slit at 24 inches, each master roll yields two usable 24-inch wide rolls. Pre-perforations every 12 inches — plus an additional 6-inch zip perforation — allow fast, consistent sheet separation without cutting tools.
The absorbent cellulose construction handles both oil and water, making it well suited for wrapping machined parts, glass, finished consumer goods, and moisture-sensitive components. Its non-abrasive surface protects delicate finishes, and the material is both recyclable and reusable, supporting sustainability programs in manufacturing, e-commerce fulfillment, and retail distribution environments.
Each roll weighs approximately 42 lbs. ecoMAX® cellulose wadding is the updated successor to the Versa-Pak™ product line and ships via parcel carrier.
