This telescoping outer box measures 24 3/4 x 8 3/4 x 57 inches interior and is built from double wall ECT-48 kraft corrugated board, delivering the structural rigidity needed for long, heavy, or awkwardly dimensioned items that exceed the capacity of standard single wall cartons.
The two-piece telescoping format allows the inner and outer cartons to slide together and lock at a custom height, making the design well suited for e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, retail distribution, and warehouse operations that regularly ship long or tall products with variable lengths. A full overlap (FOL) bottom distributes load stress across the base, reducing the risk of bottom failure during palletized storage or transit.
This is the outer carton only and must be paired with the corresponding inner box (T24857INDW), sold separately to complete the set. Double wall construction provides added puncture resistance and stacking strength for demanding shipping environments. Each bundle contains 5 outer boxes, and the cartons ship via parcel carrier.
